The prize consists of one lifestyle photoshoot lasting up to 2 hours.
The photoshoot will take place in Whitby, North Yorkshire.
The prize is valid for an individual or a couple only.
Location & Travel
The photoshoot will be conducted outdoors.
If the winner wishes the photoshoot to take place outside of the Whitby area, additional travel and time expenses will need to be covered by the winner. These costs must be agreed upon in advance.
Image Delivery
Finished images will be uploaded to a secure, password-protected online gallery.
Images will be available for the winner to download in digital format. No physical prints are included in the prize.
Image Usage
The winner may use the images for personal use only.
Images may be shared on personal social media accounts and personal websites, but must not be used for commercial purposes, advertising, or resale.
When sharing online, the winner agrees to tag Dark Devotion Images social media accounts or credit the website (www.darkdevotionimages.com).

Copyright of all images remains with Dark Devotion Images.
The winner is granted a personal licence to use and share the images in line with these terms.
No Cash Alternative
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
Scheduling
The photoshoot must be booked and completed within 6 months of the winner being notified.
Dates are subject to photographer availability and weather conditions. In the event of poor weather, the shoot may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.
Cancellations
If the winner cancels or fails to attend the arranged photoshoot without reasonable notice, the prize may be forfeited.
Liability
The photographer is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the photoshoot.
The winner is responsible for their own safety during the session.

By accepting and booking the photoshoot prize, the winner agrees to these terms and conditions.
